David Krell is an author and frequent speaker for the Society for American Baseball Research and the Cooperstown Symposium on Baseball and American Culture. His articles have appeared in SABR’s Baseball Research Journal, The National Pastime, and Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Journal. Krell’s books include The Fenway Effect: A Cultural History of the Boston Red Sox, and Do You Believe in Magic? Baseball and America in the Groundbreaking Year of 1966. He lives in Jersey City, New Jersey.
