Emma Swift

Emma Swift is a trust-wide subject lead for a multi academy trust, specialising in science and initial teacher training. She was named one of the IOP Physics Teachers of the Year in 2026, and is the subject lead for Physics for the National Institute of Teaching and Education at the University of Coventry. Emma was awarded The Lloyds Register Educational Trust award for the UK’s best STEM teacher in 2012 and was named one of the IOP's Physics Teachers of the Year in 2026.
