Geoffrey Lokke is a Ph.D. candidate in theatre and performance at Columbia University, USA. His writing has appeared in PAJ: A Journal of Performance and Art (where he is assistant editor), Stanislavski Studies, TDR: The Drama Review, and elsewhere. He recently edited a book of interviews with the acclaimed French filmmaker Gaspar Noé. He is currently at work on a monograph on poetics and early documentary film in addition to new critical editions of W.H. Auden and Christopher Isherwood’s plays.
