Kim M. Thompson

Kim M. Thompson, PhD, is a Professor in the School of Information Science and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs for the College of Information and Communications at the University of South Carolina, USA. She is a US Fulbright Scholar and co-author of Digital Literacy and Digital Inclusion: Information Policy and the Public Library (2014). Her research uses critical inquiry and qualitative methods to examine conceptualizations of information and belonging in a range of social contexts.
