Uma Nair is an organizational strategist and coach dedicated to helping museums strengthen their project management and organizational culture by improving the systems through which their work gets done. She began her management career at Google India in 2004 and has since worked across corporate and museum environments to make complex, cross-functional work more effective and sustainable. Most recently at the Getty, Uma managed award-winning multilingual digital exhibitions, developed systems for managing complex digital portfolios, and trained teams in practical, scalable approaches to project management. She holds an MBA from the Institute of Public Enterprise and a Certificate in Museum Studies from Northwestern University.
