Yueh-Ping (Alex) Yang

Yueh-Ping (Alex) Yang is an Associate Professor at the National Taiwan University (NTU)College of Law. He teaches and researches in financial and business laws, specialising in FinTech laws, organisational laws, business trusts, and law and economics. His research has been published in leading international journals, including the Stanford Journal of International Law, Northwestern Journal of International Law & Business, and University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law. At NTU, Alex is the Deputy Director of the Center for Innovative Enterprise Law and the Director of the Asian Center for WTO & International Health Law and Policy. Alex is also the Co-Chair of the Younger Comparativists Committee of the American Society of Comparative Law, the Executive Council member of the Society of International Economic Law, and an editorial board member of the Journal of World Investment & Trade, Asian Journal of WTO & International Health Law and Policy, and Contemporary Asia Arbitration Journal.
