Douglas Edwards is an award-winning philosopher who is the author of Philosophy Smackdown (2020), The Metaphysics of Truth (2018), Properties (2014), and the editor of Truth: A Contemporary Reader (2019). Since receiving his PhD from the University of St Andrews he has taught at University College Dublin, the University of Aberdeen, Utica University and Hamilton College, where he currently works.
