Lisa Shannon, Ph.D., MSW, is a Professor of Social Work in the Department of Sociology, Social Work, and Criminology and a Visiting Professor in Public Administration and Policy at Morehead State University. Dr. Shannon is Evaluator for multiple federally funded projects examining outcomes associated with community-based services (i.e., drug court and other specialty courts, Volunteers of America). She also is an editorial board member for the Advancing Justice and Drug Court Review journals as well as a reviewer for the National Institutes of Health.
