MJ Robinson is an Associate Professor in and Chair of the Department of TV, Radio & Emerging Media at Brooklyn College, City University of New York (USA) where she teaches advanced courses in convergent journalism and journalism and AI and has served as a Critical AI Literacy Institute (CALI) Fellow. In addition to the effects of generative artificial intelligence on education, culture and the creative industries her scholarly work focuses on television industry practices in the age of streaming distribution and political satire from Weimar Germany to present-day America.
