Sinéad Agnew
Biography
Sinéad Agnew has a broad range of experience, having been a barrister at Serle Court, and a litigator in Jersey, before working as an academic until 30 September 2026. Sinéad taught at the universities of Cardiff, UCL and most recently at the University of Cambridge, where she was a Fellow of Newnham College and became the Catherine Seville Professor of Private Law. Sinéad is an associate member of Serle Court and a member of the executive committee of the Trusts Law Committee.
