Victoria Pagonis

Victoria Pagonis is a veteran K–12 educator, former district administrator, and education consultant who has spent more than thirty years working in suburban, urban, rural, and Department of Defense schools across the United States. She has partnered with nearly one hundred school districts to improve instruction, assessment, and culture, specializing in turning around struggling systems; this breadth of experience positions her uniquely to diagnose how public education is breaking and to outline practical, systemwide strategies for meaningful and sustainable change.
