A.J. Van Belle

A.J. Van Belle is an author and scientist with a PhD in biology. Their research has appeared in FEMS Microbiology Ecology, Fungal Ecology, and New Phytologist. They’ve taught courses on climate change, evolution, and the interactions between climate and human health at Boston University and Babson College. Van Belle is a BSFA finalist, Rhysling finalist, Year’s Best Canadian Fantasy and Science Fiction-recognized author, and Best of the Net nominee. They live in Victoria, BC, Canada.
