Dilawar Hussain, PhD in Legislative Studies, is an Associate Member of the Centre for Legislative Studies, University of Hull, UK. He currently works in parliamentary and constitutional development. Previously, he served as a Research Fellow at the School of Social and Political Science, University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and the House of Lords, UK. His research focuses on comparative legislatures, federalism, bicameralism, political representation, governance, democracy, and political institutions.
