Caitlin Gerrity is the School Library Endorsement Program Director at Southern Utah University, USA. A former school librarian, her research examines the equitable employment, instructional leadership, and professional preparation of librarians to drive student success in both K–12 and higher education settings. She has presented at more than 30 conferences and co-authored multiple books and journal articles, including Conducting Original Research for Your Library (2024, Bloomsbury Libraries Unlimited). She received the 2019 Utah Library Association Librarian of the Year Award.
