Jean-François Bélanger is Marie-Curie Fellow at the Danish Institute of Advanced Studies, University of Southern Denmark, Non-resident Fellow at Brooks Tech Policy Institute, Cornell University and MINDS Fellow at the NATO Defense College, Rome. An expert on nuclear politics, disruptive and emerging technologies, and coercive diplomacy & conflict escalation, he is a leading Wargaming as Experiments: Strategy and Unintended Consequences (WESUE) funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 fund.
