Katrine Klinken is a trained chef from Copenhagen's Hotel and Restaurant School, with work experience in some of the city's best restaurants. She is a wine sommelier and holds a B.Sc. in Nutrition and Home Economics. Today, Klinken works as an author and food guide. She has authored more than 30 cookbooks for both children and adults in Danish, and several of her books have been translated into other languages.
