Description

At the time, there was no public awareness of Russia's practice of information-psychological warfare, nor knowledge about special service operations abroad with the aim of gaining political influence. Anyone trying to address such phenomenon in 2010 would have been labeled as an alarmist and a conspiracy theorist. But in 2024, such activities are seen in a different light.
