Fabián Ardila-Pinto is an anthropologist and has a master’s in Public Policy from the National University of Colombia, with training as a cook at the National Learning Service (SENA). For over fifteen years, he has led research, educational programs, and publications related to anthropology, public health, nutrition, food systems, culture, and public policy.
